Bliss Tower is an architectural embodiment of the Japandi philosophy, combining Scandinavian functionality with Japanese harmony. Developed by Pure Bliss Development in collaboration with GRID, the project offers homes where every detail is designed for serenity and comfort. The spaces are not just built — they are thoughtfully crafted with attention to design, light, and atmosphere.
The complex is located away from the city noise, yet offers convenient access to key urban destinations. With proximity to the metro, bus routes, parks, schools, and shopping centers, residents enjoy everything they need within easy reach.
Bliss Tower promotes a complete lifestyle focused on wellness: open-air leisure areas, swimming pools, yoga and meditation zones, BBQ areas, children’s playgrounds, and more. The project is also designed with sustainability in mind — featuring energy-efficient lighting, eco-conscious materials, and electric car charging stations.
Finishing and materials
The finishing includes natural materials such as wood, stone, glass, and metal, all harmoniously integrated. Walls are painted in calm tones, and floors are laid with porcelain stoneware tiles. Interiors feature soft textures, matte finishes, and nature-inspired hues.
Kitchen and appliances
Kitchens are fully fitted, with laminate cabinetry and stone countertops. Equipped with Electrolux appliances: cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, and refrigerator. A washer-dryer unit is also included.
Furnishing
Apartments come fully furnished: soft seating, designer decor, dining tables for 4 or 6 depending on the unit type. Wardrobes are equipped with shelves, drawers, and hanging space. Balconies are also furnished with stylish outdoor furniture.
